You already know I like this story, but it's great to be able to read it again.

I think I'm most impressed that you tackled the whole concept of real and unreal and took the risk of letting the reader feel just as confused as Doyle, gradually revealing the mystery. It's a terrific plot! Thanks!

Yeah, I love that weird and uncertain vibe that we share with lads during this one, this story really draws the reader in. A novel idea for Pros, it's as entertaining as it is intriguing, so thanks! What a great challenge this is shaping up to be!

What a brilliant concept - a really intriguing and clever story. Love the way it all becomes clear and we realise why Doyle hadn't wanted to figure out what was wrong. Wonderful, thank you!

Extraordinary combination of almost-science fiction elements and mystery, disturbing and compelling. A very gripping story. I was quite relieved to discover eventually that it was describing a case of post-surgical delirium. Always good to have a definitive diagnosis, eh? A couple of times after you'd returned Doyle to reality, you had me worried he'd relapse to the weird place again.

Whew. [feel a bit wrung-out, but pleased to have arrived at the reward of a pleasant conclusion]

When Ray kept feeling pain in his chest I figured it had something to do with the shooting, but I sure didn't realize that he was in a dream world while it was happening. Very clever! A lovely read - thank you.
