Thank you. Bodie can be quite the whiner, can't he.
I'm more than a bit puzzled by your dice comment. Yeah, six sides, 1-6 black dots. Two white die (the singular of dice), giving a player a maximum score of 12, a minimum of 2. That's always been the norm for Monopoly, right? I've added a pic at the start of the fic to better set the scene. Hope that helps.
Liked this very much! Especially the green glare of Doyle's eyes when he raised the two fingered salute and the on going competition of the dice. Had to laugh because I used 'colder than a witch's tit' for the story I wrote for day four but my Brit picker made me take it out! I was wronged! lol--it's a very good phrase indeed.
I've used that phrase twice now in my Pros stories. Granted, it's more than a bit on the crude side, but people weren't as PC back in the 80s, were they? Some things change for the better. :)

Only I wondered about the dice, we use six sided ones for Monopoly.....
I love the implication that they´re "together" even in the eyes of Doyle´s sister!

Doyle rolled a two and a nine
and
Doyle a seven and a four.
if there are only six sides, how can that work?
Oh yes, maybe you should write a piece about them visiting Kath at New Years, where she kinda says: Finally!! *g*

I'm not sure they could keep their hands off each other. She might be scandalized!
