What a brilliant idea and I think you *have* just succeeded in whetting my appetite (not that it needed whetting, I've just been lazy about ordering it) and I think you should get royalites or something simimlar...

P.S. Did you buy the book from the book depository here in the UK? I'm wondering who the best people are to go to.

I bought it from Amazon, I think it was Amazon UK. But it was posted from Germany much sooner than the delivery time Amazon gave - I don't understand.

Thanks! I couldn't read it at all, gave up around page 30, and then just dipped into it for particular episodes. So it was great fun indexing to find stuff I didn't know was there, like the glove puppet.
