I'm waiting for a delivery too. It's for my father, and who sent it and what it is are a complete mystery. First we got a 'while you were out' card just before Christmas (we were about to go away for six days), and then Dad arranged for it to be delivered yesterday afternoon...
Here's the van.
As I was saying, crappy Interlink didn't show up yesterday, so Dad phoned and extracted a promise that the delivery would come between 2:00 and 3:30 this afternoon. They claimed that they'd tried and left a card; they hadn't.
So this afternoon I waited, staying downstairs to make sure that I wouldn't miss the doorbell. At 4 o'clock I phoned Dad to say that it hadn't arrived and he was now free to complain to Interlink.
The van came at 4:15. I phoned Dad to tell him. Fortunately, he hadn't got around to making the call yet. :)
