Something wicked comes this way...
ATTENTION LATIMIR RESIDENTS
The FIRST and THIRD floors of LATIMIR APARTMENTS have officially been subject to the annual "Halloween-Hitachiin" humbug.
What happened?
They got decorative.
Armed with cardboard, tattered cloths, tape, crayons, rope, and sacks, Hitachiin Hikaru and Kaoru have made a spooky environment for Latimir residents to be frightened by.
For example. Though it looks safe and normal coming up the stairwell, you feel a drop of something wet hit your head. You look up and find a bucket hanging from the ceiling by a rope above the stairwell, with what appears to be an arm hanging from it... Looking round more, you would see a wall with red, blue rose petals and torn clothing, perhaps a pair of scissors hanging in the air. If you peek round the corner, maybe a "monster" would 'jump' out at you, or perhaps you'd hear creepy noises coming from down the hall. You could also see menacing messages scrawled sloppily and hastily upon the walls in red. At this point, you could be touched on the shoulder mysteriously, and you would run back the way you came.
Now-- this isn't impossible. Bucket filled with water, a bunch of cloth rolled together and put into one of Charles' shirts; hung up on the ceiling. Red wall drawn on with red crayons and soaked. Monster would be a bunch of cardboard boxes and things compiled together with tattered blankets no one would ever use to look scary, and shoved at you by a well-hid Kaoru or Hikaru. Messages drawn in red crayons, since... they love their crayons here. And touched on the shoulder? Hikaru has a stick. It wouldn't be at all unlikely if they were sitting somewhere making crinkly sounds with paper or spooky sounds with pipes or cans -- whatever they can.
And if you find them, I'm sure they'll be dressed up in creepy sheets and such and just... whine at you, or shoo you away and go back to their apartment for a little.
THIS IS DONE ONLY TO FLOORS ONE AND THREE. But they wouldn't be beyond bringing a little bit of it to floor two on their way. Of course, people who live on other floors of Latimir will be sure to see it all when they're coming downstairs or going upstairs to their own floor. C:
Their reasoning is that... they don't know anyone on floor 2. But all their favourite people to annoy are on their floor, or the first one. :| Except Tamaki. WE CAN'T FIND WHERE YOU LIVE, TONO, OR ELSE IT'D BE THERE, TOO.
That's all we'd like to do. :D After they get bored with that, you can find them hanging out in sheet-togas with rose stem wreaths around their heads -- Roman caesars for the people they don't care about, JesuJesuchan (with La Beeble) for Charles and / or anyone else who would be offended by their bastardisation of Jesus Christ. ; ω ;
This will probably go on until seven or eight o'clock at night~ ♥
This not-really-a-mini-event-but-involves-several-people-HAPPENING is mod-approved. C: Have fun with it! ♥ (You guys can just make things up if your character would freak about these things. :| If that means just responding to the scene above, or saying your character was one of the many who got bombarded by confetti when they opened their apartment door -- it's up to you.
