Okay, so, I'm jumping the bandwagon here but uh... I'm limiting this mostly to people that Ace knows/has met as in, he'll need to know where you reside and/or hang out on a regular basis.
Example: Anemone, he knows where she sleeps and works.
Why you say? So he can hunt you down for fun and attack you when you least expect it. Just when you thought you were safe? He'll trick you into thinking he's not affected then try to stab you in the back. Or maybe he'll perch himself in your bedroom window and attack. Nice isn't it?
Oh Discedo, you will soon see how dangerous the pirate is. He's so very unassuming and sweet isn't he? Well deep down he is a ruthless, cold-hearted criminal when he needs to be. And this thing just brings out the worst in him. Stupid chip, he was trying to have it removed :<
In any case, he's fast, strong, agile, cunning and can take one hell of a beating. His senses are heightened as the event states, so some of his normal ability to soak damage will be compromised slightly by this.
He won't be easy to take down, but you're welcome to try. I guess I can toss a few openings for people to encounter him en route somewhere?

I'd like to note that it will be Jackie who eventually takes him down. Anyone else, we'll assume he escapes somehow.
