Chip Event!
So... finally, this yandere shota's getting his chip out. This means Rolo's Geass will be activated and thus do it's out of control thing for a while. Now, before I explain who will be affected by his Chip Removal and where, I need to explain how Rolo's geass works.
Basically, Rolo's Geass (which is in his right eye, lol icon) is known as Seal of Absolute Suspension. It allows him, when under control, to activate it at any time and essentially freeze any number of people he wants in a radius of his choosing for any given amount of time. Usually, the time limit is short, because he has heart issues but that's another story entirely.
So, when Rolo's Geass starts getting out of control, it will in essence FREEZE PEOPLE IN PLACE for a few seconds. These people will not realize they've been affected at all. In fact? It'll be a lot like this. There's a more tl;dr explanation with more examples in Rolo's background post here.
Rolo's chip event will last about four days and center mostly around Horton Apartments. It'll break down kinda like this:
Unless your character is one of the exceptions listed below, the only thing they'll notice while Rolo's Geass is active is clocks moved forward a few seconds to a minute. If your character is in the process of running, jumping, etc, they'll lose conscious awareness mid-stride or mid-air, and find themselves oddly on the ground before they know anything. If your character is using the voice or video function on their communicator, they'll freeze while the communicator continues recording (electronics are not affected).
First Day: Randomly, from time to time, entire areas around Discedo will be suddenly engulfed by Rolo's Geass, with Horton being the epicenter. This can stretch anywhere from one foot around Rolo to the entire city. The cicumfrence will be about this big on average. These sporadic bursts will last anywhere from five seconds to a minute and a half. Around evening, they'll stop altogether as he passes out from heart problems. (No, he won't die, h-he'll be sleeping...)
Second Day: The circumference of the episodes will begin to shrink, and focus centered around Horton Apartments. The frequency will not lessen, and the time length won't changed, but at least less people will be affected.
Third Day: Again, the circumference will shrink, a smaller area being affected. The frequency will also become less and less as his Geass becomes more under his control.
Fourth Day: Here's the kicker. For about an entire three minutes, ALL OF DISCEDO [noon est] (that is, the city. outskirts will be unaffected), will be Geassed and under Rolo's affect. However, once the three minutes pass, there will be no more episodes and his Geass will be under his full control the next day.
*Note: There are going to be a few exceptions to those affected by Rolo's Geass. The following types will be unaffected:
→ C.C. (this is a given, she's a canon exception)
→ Characters that have a different perception of time than huamns, meaning, if they've lived for centuries, are gods, etc. (Examples: JENOVA, Yuuko, Joshua)
→ Superhuman types (Examples: Sephiroth, Kadaj, Sho Minamimoto)
→ Anyone electronically based, ie Robots, AIs, Persocoms, etc.
** Obviously, if your character is one of these but has his/her chip in, they will still be affected.
Please use digression in determining if your character will be affected. If they aren't, they may or may not notice people frozen in place for several seconds. If your character is affected, they'll have no knowledge of it happening.
