More chip removals, orz
To whom it may concern~ (i.e. anyone in Mariner High School or the surrounding streets)
Hisoka will be getting his chip out this evening. Which means that, by tomorrow, his powers will be... uh, even more out of his control than usual.
Hisoka is an empath - he can read the thoughts and feelings of those around him without even meaning to, even against his will.
In Discedo, because almost all communication is done through the devices, this won't matter to most people. However, when his chip is first out, his powers will be malfunctioning to a large degree--he'll be able to feel/hear everyone, but he won't be able to pick anyone out specifically, since it'll be more like static than anything else. (This is mostly to avoid the obvious godmod issues.)
However.
If your character is located in the high school and they tag his post this week, he might hone in on them unintentionally and pick some things up that he'll be able to match with the person they're coming from. Which might be good or bad, depending on the situation.
So, if your character is a) is located in the high school and will be tagging Hisoka at this time, or b) is located in the high school and will be feeling some particularly strong emotion this week that he'd pick up on whether they tag him or not, please comment here and let me know: 1) Whether he'd be able to feel anything from them anyway (those with strong mental shields can block him), and 2) the gist of what he might pick up on as far as major thoughts/emotions go.
