And someone just happened to hear the echo as he was coming down to help do more clearing of the rubble. Actually, he was glad someone else was here too and wanted to get those people out of the fallout zone quickly. Naturally, Adam had his hatchet with him but didn't want to deal with any monsters running around. Unless someone hit them with a train. Yeah, those are good monsters.
It was when he reached the level where Seifer was at when he saw something move at the corner of his eye. "Hmm?"
Seifer is all for hitting things with trains. But no, Seifer turned at the sound of something else walking around down here, sword rising instantly. ... ... ...Wait a minute. He squinted a bit. Person. Killing bad. Right.
"...Which one are you again?"
Not that he'd ever asked. But he could pretend he had just to be an ass.
Actually, Adam never introduced himself to the kid. Meh, it happens. Like he's gonna be all huffy about it; so Seifer can be a total idiot and Adam will happily go along with it just to see how it goes.
"Never introduced myself." Adam finally spoke up as he took his hatchet out from his pant loop. "And I'll tell you if you move from the monster behind you."
Yep, more monsters, more fighting. This day was turning out awesome.
XD! It is his greatest trait what can I say sobpostasskickingJuly 12 2011, 05:07:59 UTC
Long, long incredulous look. And then he just put his hand behind him and cast a thundaga spell. Not quite in the mood for all this. But he did move out of the way with a mock bow of his head to Adam before going to lean against the wall.
Don't ask how, but Kresnik can now been seen without his sister. He didn't want her to follow him into the subway since it's dangerous and all... so I guess he told her to stay put in their house and gave some sort of speech about taking different paths. Who knows. She's going to follow him later on though.
Anyways, the commander is walking around the subway, alert and with his ARM or large gun in his hand. Occasionally, he can be seen firing at the monster's heads, looking serious and calm for the most part.
To be honest, she'd heard that speech before... in one way or another. It involved Kresnik being emo, too. And at first, she had obeyed and stayed at home. Except... she also wanted to help, and waiting around the house was kind of... awkward after awhile, so she went following after him.
Really, Kresnik, it would have saved time to have just let Yulie come along in the first place.
So here Yulie is now, in the subway herself, looking for her brother.
The speech has lost its impact... if it had any impact in the first place sob. Also, he's going to be really upset about her following him... he knows that Yulie is still chipped and doesn't have any of her healing abilities ready.
Although, he wouldn't allow Weiss to be anywhere near his sister. HE WAS AN EVIL SCIENTIST. In fact, Kresnik probably warned Yulie about avoiding the strange white-haired man without a shirt on.
Kresnik suddenly stops, hearing familiar footsteps walking down the subway. Yulie...? Did she... Snapping out of his thoughts, he quickly turns around to go find his sister.
Considering Kresnik at the time had been all depressed about losing his conviction, to the point where he apparently couldn't function and was too emo to join the party, it's really amazing that anyone took him remotely seriously.
And true, she couldn't use her Paladienne abilities or Guardian Drive, but she wasn't... entirely helpless. In any case, yes she knew he'd be upset at her, and yes, maybe she should have just waited, but it's too late for that now, okay.
Hearing someone approaching, she calls out to them.
Ange couldn't just sit around. Not when she was supposed to find some way to go home, home where she at least had still a chance left to continue things, even as small as it was. Now finally everyone she knew from back home had left Discedo, there was no reason left for her to stay here. And.. well, even though she hadn't figured out a way home yet, she figured she could at least be a little more productive.
So she went down into the subway, hoping to help clear some rubble, when she heard a somewhat familiar voice in the distance due to echos. She took out her gun, just in case the monsters around here decided to do anything funny, and ran the last bit to cover the distance.
"You have a better chance of not boring yourself to death if you just wouldn't do this here on your own, y'know."
Seifer turned at that, unable to keep the amusement from his face. He was a bit surprised to see Ange, but he had the feeling she was more than full of things he wasn't expecting. So perhaps this wasn't so unexpected.
Shiki's just chilling against a wall, watching Seifer kill things and all that. Was she actually helping him? Possibly not, but being a bum was all she did half the time anyways.
"Tch. You'd think bein' kidnapped to another planet'n all would be more exciting."
Or maybe he just has things on his mind and doesn't want to think about them. Acting like a total ass always fixes this shit, so how about continuing that strain.
"Dunno. Looks like you can take care of this by yourself." Even the monsters here couldn't interest her enough to do anything. Man, this place was sad.
Seifer had noticed. He hardly knew why he was doing any of this himself anymore. He tapped the flat of his sword against his shoulder before making a sound in annoyance. Really now... Was a little challenge that much to ask for. He sighed.
"Doesn't matter. What's gotta be done's gotta be done'n if you help me the quicker it'll be over."
...Wow that was such a responsible adult argument he was kind of ashamed of himself.
"...If I ever tell you violence ain't the answer to somethin' you have permission to kill by the way."
While Seifer wasn't one for company, he wasn't one for boredom either. Michelangelo was far prefferable to a horde of low grade monsters. Still though...
"Surprised to see you down here. Lookin' for something?"

For a moment she glanced up ahead, into the darkness of the subway, but then turned her attention to the man again. "Think of it as some good advice."

Such a smirk, but he looked down the tunnel himself. Tch... Really was this what he'd come to...

He lowered his volume as Michelangelo came into view.
"-Brought me you didn't it?"
...Yeah he says weird things like this.
