Who: Open to all travellers in Spero. Where: Spero; around the stores. When: The second day of the trip. Rating: TBD? Summary: Not everything in Spero is old and rusted. the log:
He looks up abruptly, eyes peering out from under his hood with fear, accusation, too many emotions. Another person? Here? He stands up slowly and steps back.
The look startled him, and nervously Canada took a step back. That expression..
"I... we came from the ship, eh? I just walked from there.." He gestured with a tilt of his head toward the direction he came in. "I didn't realize anyone else was out here.. I'm sorry if I startled you.."
A second. He swore he only took his eyes off of him for a second. Maybe a second was all it'd really take. Did it take Luffy that long to get lost before? ...probably.
Chopper sighed, sulking around and trying to keep an eye, ear and nose out for his now wandering captain. "Maybe he should have stayed on the ship too..."
Then, a noise. That was more than enough to get his attention and in a rush he'd run to the source of it before suddenly stopping in his tracks. Whoever this was, he didn't know them, and he was probably safer not knowing them at all. Memories of the group kidnapping the last time they'd gone to Spero came to mind and he was very close to turning around and running away.
Years of silence kept you alert. There were monsters in places, he knew. He'd found them before. So he heard movement when there were people around, despite the fact that he was so engrossed in finding...
Nothing. It didn't matter, because he was looking up at Chopper and staring, because he'd never seen anything like that before. He shifted slowly, not convinced he was in danger yet.
He inched backward, slowly but surely, eyes darting about everywhere to find a proper hiding spot. All he found was the corner he came from just seconds before.
Of course, he did not hide behind it. Chopper hid beside it, in plain view but oblivious to it as usual.
There was a short nod. "I do. I'm a reindeer. I talk. Who are you?"
The hospital had proved to be similar to the one in Discedo. Disturbing to most people, but nothing of interest to him. Kadaj had left and headed for the stores. Maybe he would return to the hospital, but for now he decided to seek out some weapon supplies.
Until he saw someone he didn't recognize at all. He slid Souba out of its sheath and began to approach. "Who are you?" Small talk was stupid.
As soon as he saw that blade, his hand was on his gun and it was pointed at Kadaj in the next moment.
Of course, with how he felt about coming across people here, it only made sense that someone else would be defensive. He thought about the question for a moment. His name was nothing sacred, he could give it away. "Rainier," he said. "And you?"
Jilleena walked along, her duffel bag now looking larger than before. She had picked up supplies that appeared useful and might be of interest to her, and maybe a few extra things for Ys. Of course she was jealous of the boy, but maybe she wasn't all that heartless. If he was killed back home like he told her, then he wouldn't be an obstacle anymore. And he was just some annoying midget brat.
When she heard the sound of something being pushed along the ground, her grip tightened on the tonfa she carried with her. Her gun was with her too, but she preferred to use her tonfa for fighting.
Seeing the hooded figure on the ground, she approached cautiously and stopped a few feet away. This person didn't look like anyone that was on the boat.

So he jumps, and the gun at his hip is quickly pulled out and pointed at the source of the voice.
"Who's there," he demands, with a tinge of disuse.

The rummaging caught his attention and he wandered over curiously, pausing when he saw the man rooting through... dirt and debris.
"Hello? S-Sir?" Canada asked softly as he approached, though stopped a good distance away.
"Do you need help with something?"

While keeping her distance, Jilleena's eyes examined the stranger. ""You don't look like anyone apart of our crew."
