There is a more cimplicated recipe that I can send you later, but I just bought Polenta in a tube and then fried it. Sauté garlic for a bit, add kale. Then poach an egg. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on the fried polenta, pile on kale, top with eggs. Nom nom!!!! Sooooo tasty.

hee! richard bought me a metric ton of kale at the farmers market yesterday so i could make kale and barley soup for dinner, but i have more than enough leftover to make this too! i think i know what i'm having for dinner tonight :D
