Hiatuses? Hiatusii? Stupid English.

ANYWAY YES LOL I accidentally went on an unannounced hiatus too. My sorority had rush week which was CRASHED BY RANDOM WINTER STORMS. Simple make shift solutions to the cold: You put chains on your tires so you don't skid on the ice. Prevents all accidents until someone gets traction tires.

or

Throw salt on everything. Will speed up the death of your car but you won't die as fast from an accident or falling down on your head.

I do not own chains. Nor would I have any idea as to how to wrap them around the tires of my Corolla. o___o I always wondered how "tire chains" were possible.

They're a strange invention that is more make shift and temporary and resulted in just winter tires with a lot of traction. I'm from Canada, we've though of everything for snowy days.

For walking though, always good to have a pair of yaktrax around.
