Where: Room 407 at Joe West When: Monday night around midnight Who: Riku and whoever wants to hop in on this. :D What: Riku has a serious nightmare about the past Warnings: TBA
"Good night, Smee," said Hook drowsily to his absent first mate. Hard habit to break. He was almost asleep when he heard something. Muffled screams? His eyes shot open. An attack on the ship?
But then he remembered himself. He was at the Academy, and LORD there was another one of those brats MAKING NOISE. He hated when anyone disturbed his peace. He swung his knobby knees down from the bed, pulled his coat over his night shirt, and headed down the hall.
"No! Stop! Get off of me!"
Ah, so it was coming from room 407. Hook pounded on the door with his good hand. "Stop your jabbering or I'll slit your throat!"
Their had been a murmur of noise that Esmeralda heard only slightly over from another room. Assuming it was horseplay, she went back to her work in the candlelit room. Only when a certain Captain down the hall rapped loudly on the door did she peer out from her doorway.
The third "adult supervision" of the floor appeared shortly after, though it didn't look as if she'd been asleep yet. She'd been trying to sleep-- had nearly dozed off-- But no.
The sleeve of her tank top slipped off her shoulder as she approached the other two. "Who's making all the noise?"
Hook looked up as the two women appeared. So many questions. He had hoped for a quick reprimand and then to go back to bed, but it looked like this might turn into a scene.
Riku's screams brought Jim out of his slumber, jolting him awake and causing him to sit up in his bed with a start. He was dazed with fatigue for a moment, but then was fully awake when he saw Riku thrashing about in his bed. "Riku?...Riku! What's wrong?!" He rushed over to him, tripping over his boots along the way. He stood over Riku's bed, wondering if it would be wise to wake him. He then reached out both hands and began to shake him a bit. "Riku! Wake up! It's just a dream! Wake up!
Just as things were starting to get worse, Riku's eye shot open before he sat up with a start into Jim's arms before realizing whom it was he in which he was clinging. Panting and shaking Riku pulled away from his roommate and covered his eyes with his hand. He had sweat rolling down his back and beading on his forehead, Riku just continued to sit there, shaking and trying to force himself to calm down.
Finally, with his free hand, he pointed to the door, hearing the adults on this floor demanding to know what was going on. "Door please," was all he could manage at the moment. He was trying his damnedest not to cry.
Jim tensed when Riku fell into his arms. He was never the type of person who liked to be touched or hugged, but Riku seemed to be in a very frantic state.
Jim just stared at him for a bit as he sat there panting, no idea what to say. He then turned toward the door where Riku was pointing and shook himself. "Uhh..yeah. Just a sec."
As he ran over to the door, he gave a short glace back at Riku and then cracked open the door. He cringed a bit under Helga's gaze. "He was uh, having a nightmare," was all he could say, still quite concerned.

Helga couldn't help but glare at Jim.
"He's waking up the floor because of a nightmare?" She straightened up a bit. "At nine? That is acceptable. Beyond that? No."
