If dog years are a thing, how about dog kilograms?

I dragged myself to the gym today, for the first time after many months of complete and utter neglect. I was prepared not to like what I'd find - after all, I haven't been able to cycle to work in over a year, and haven't adapted my eating habits in the least - and I really, really didn't ( Read more... )

I am doing Weight Watchers for 7 weeks now and already lost almost 6 kilogramms. I signed up for their online programme for a year. My plan is losing 15 kilogramms during that time to get down to 80. So, yeah, 9 more to go.

I don't know if you can afford it, but the online programme really works. I am very happy with it. Very easy to follow through, easy to use.

Whoa, those are some fast results, well done you! :)

I've heard really good things about Weight Watchers, so I'll probably look into that, especially if it's easy to use.

Thanks for the advice!

The thing is, you are always loosing weight fast in the beginning. After around 5 kilogramms you usually get to a slump. The trick is, to not just give up during that time.

I already had a short slump after 4 kilogramms, which is why I'm in week 8 now, but "only" lost 6 kilogramms when at the beginning it was 1 kilogramm per week.

But as I said, I very much recommend Weight Watchers. I don't go to meetings because I don't think I need them. The online programme is great on its own.
