so i went and ran 18km yesterday which was, i can admit, a tactical error considering i'd been ill all last week. sadly, as was pointed out to me, you can't grow common sense if you ain't got none to start with so i assume i shall continue doing these things. that being said, i am now attempting to decide if i should go to soccer practice tonight
