Well, to the first one, I honestly always thought food was directly related. That comes as a surprise to me. That being said I find it's worse when I shovel greasy food down..... When I eat it more slowly and give it time to digest for some reason it isn't as bad. It really makes little sense but there you have it.
As to the other bit, well, I am (obviously) female but shaving is shaving.... sort of. But being a girl my answer is rather girly: lotion. Rubbing lotion in after shaving always helps my legs be not-flaky. Y'know, I think I actually have a guy friend who does that so there you go. :)

I shall try both ideas. I had some pizza this afternoon and I don't feel as oily as usual, so I'll continue my experiments.
