Oh, you twisted, brilliant thing. Kitten poker! And I think the precome line worked as is; I don't think it needed to be any more visceral in this context. It reminds us that part of the Master's evil is in his detachment from others. He may never be able to recall exactly what it tastes like. And from what I know of Delgado Master, you captured the difference between that incarnation and the newer one...more composed, less with the crazy.
