This two-parter was great, but not as creepy as Moff's past episodes.
- I really miss the old DW theme. I remember when I'd start watching an episode and my heart would start to race, and now it's just meh. Not that this new one's awful, it just doesn't excite me as much as it used to.

How freakin' awesome was DT in this episode? Seriously good ! They've really let him play Ten beautifully so far this year. When River whispered his name in his ear and asked if they were good, and he gave that pained little choke, I was FLOORED ! And the look on his face as he watched her sacrifice herself killed me too - far more emotive than that crying&screaming fit they made him have over the Master in TLotTL...
- "There are no trees in the library." --> Come now, Doctor. Tsk tsk.
LOL ! How SLOW was he there? I was mentally shouting books at the screen before that point ! (Had to mentally shout 'cos I watched it at 5 am and didn't want to wake up my housemate !)

SO AWESOME. I love it when his acting's understated with no arm flailing or full-on sobbing ala LotTL. His eyes can convey a million things at once, no need for much else, really.

I know right? I was screaming so loud that my cousins were wondering what the hell I was watching! It kinda depressed me that the library was swarmed and everyone had to leave, all those books wasted *weeps*
