Echninacea

Every year, sometime between mid-September and Thanksgiving, I get really really sick. It's like my annual flu.

And in the last 24 hours, I've heard or read about at least 15 people I know starting to get sick.

I should take that as a sign, right?

I know several people are starting to get or have already gotten sick...Do a preemptive strike and pick up some Wal-borne at Walgreens (their version of airborne). It really helps.

Oh, I'm well armed.

When I was a flight attendant, I kept a nice arsenal in my flight case at all times. If someone on the flight even hinted at not being 100% healthy, I'd go take 2 echinacea, chase them with an airborne, and then suck on vitamin C drops for the rest of the flight.

Passengers would look at me like "what the fuck is he doing", but I never caught any pax colds, which is so common in the first year. Usually new FAs are getting sick left and right.

haha, and thanks for the Googlage.
