Before I get into this one goes up to eleven, I must thank the Chocolate Fairy. Yes, but that's YOUR panty dance. This girl's panty dance was a train wreck! She was lifting her skirt up in front of a busy restaurant/wine bar, taunting the guests out front smoking cigars at tables, while her boyfriend looked on in horror from the inside (albeit while chatting up other chickies, but....what's a guy to do at that point).
