can i.... can i love you? ; < ; firstly, i want to say that your style is wonderful - every description is forward and the dialogue is crisp. i kind of see the three of them cast in deeper shadow as the story progresses; how initially, they begin filled with idealistic prospects, all passionate drive, but end up being dragged further from shore with every new step. there's the constant question of what is wrong and what is right - i like how you use a very real debate as a central thread throughout :)
also, baekhyun turns off the light behind them as they leave is so picturesque, it just reminds me of the finale of a play. idk if you intended it to be that way, but his power of light and everything... him "shedding light" on modern research and likewise, ending it (LOL SRRY too much ap eng class OTL). really strong closing sentence.
