Ooh excellent, lots of hurt Tony whumpage here, the vivid way you described what happened to Tony in a dream sequence was fantastic! Looking forward to more.

Thank you! I do love the Tony whump (most of my stories will definitley revolve around it.)

The dream sequence was inspired partly by the scene in the episode, partly by a JAG episode and a whole lot of my disturbing worst case scenario mindset, I am glad you liked it.

I actually have chapter 2 up on ff.net and fanfictionspace.com already but I will be posting it here tomorrow along with chapter 3 which will hopefully be done tonight (also I forgot to post chapter 4 of my NCIS/Dark Angel crossover here so that will go up tomorrow as well.)

I hope you will enjoy the next 2 chapters and thank you so much for reviewing again it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside ;)

Don't know how I missed this the first time around, but I loved this! Taking Tony's lines and applying them to himself was genius, and you handled the subject so well. I loved how Gibbs was just quietly there for Tony but not overbearing or OOC. Plus, I always love me some Tony whump :) Great fic!

Beautifully written in sensitive way which brings out the horror of the explosion, with the frustration of recovery and the depth of love and emotions.

I am undecided as to whether it is best left as a stand-alone or as a point to expand into a final longer piece. .l
