...where there was another episode after Journey's End. The Doctor discovered that towing Earth back was all part of Davros' masterplan, which involved charging the people of Earth a fee for the continued use of their planet (they literally chanted: THE DALEKS ARE THE LANDLORDS OF EARTH!!) and the important bit the Doctor had to go back to Donna and re-engineer her so that she was restored to Doctor-Donna again, at grave risk to her life.
Yeah, I wasn't overly convinced by it even when I was asleep.
