one thing that me pause--

wait, what, they don't have an official directory of students? they have to look them up on a third-party website like facebook if they want to contact them? did i miss something?

actually i cut the part out before where he mentions that students for the most part do not use their campus emails,campus phones, etc, so they go on facebook to message them, get their cell phones, etc if they need to contact them.
