I took three of her classes... FF 1 and 2 and Athletic Conditioning and the classes were small and everyone was at different places in their fitness and conditioning so it was kind of like a custom designed private class for each of us... I wish I had been in better shape and more committed, because I think I would have gotten even more out of it---but I was impressed because I could see huge changes in how I move even just from exercise to exercise... sadly even though she really tries to help everyone work the stuff into their everyday life, I have failed to keep it up... I'm thinking I will sign up again I like her
