you did a wonderful job portraying Yuuko. And I totally had forgotten about Yue and Kero with Sakura possibly dead. I can see Yue going to Yuuko to split himself from Yukito so that Touya wouldn't be alone. He is a good being, even if he shows people the cold shoulder.

I think you got Yuuko's voice very well.

Thank you! The bit with Yue I actually didn't plan for, but the request wanted Yukito/Touya and that was the best way I could think of to write it in. And I agree - Yue's definitely got his heart in the right place.

I'll have to read it again to catch everything but there were so many cool things in this story-- Yuuko being Yuuko, and dancing around Clow, and Himawari relaxing and talking and oh God meeting Watanuki's parents... and Doumeki, poor Doumeki...

Just wow. A lot to take in at once. But very, very good.

It actually broke me, a bit, too. But I mean there was no way Sakura died but he lived.

Thank you! Writing Yuuko was really difficult for me, as she is not a character from whose perspective I often write. And XD I am sort of sorry about what I did to Doumeki. Well. Not really. But I did write a story earlier this fall about him that ties very nicely into this one.
