Okay, so this made my day.

First, it spans s1-s6. Second, it brought up perspectives on the Sam/Dean relationship that I had thought of, but never really took the time to appreciate (possibly because I was way too frustrated and disappointed), and then in others it was just YES, THIS. I actually started to read it, then had to give up 'cause my eyes were swimming. White on black, quite challenging for someone mostly middle aged.
