I actually haven't seen much of the man, not since a week prior. I've been only just allowed to leave my room, you see. I got myself into a bit of trouble, but to save face I won't go into it. I haven't received any correspondence from him, which troubles me, but I also understand because of the date.
Please do check up on him, Hestia. I think you'll be of more assistance as you are, being made of flesh and bone to be more precise. And he'll want to see a friendly face, even if he doesn't realise it immediately.

I'm trying, but it's bloody difficult when there's nobody to go out with anymore. Nobody who's really prepared just to be silly for the evening and forget the world.

No one will be Caradoc, unfortunately. I just mean to find someone else to connect with, not lowering your standards in general. You can't compare him, remember?

I think Abime is stubbornly misguiding himself, whereas I have much less concern that you'll allow yourself to sink so low, Miss Hestia Jones. If you say so, then I believe it.

No, I'm sorry. I'm terribly sorry. I misspoke.

And no, I swore at you, that wasn't fair.

Again, I'm sorry. I did mean finding someone else, a friend...but I wasn't thinking. Forgive me.

You'll have to lower your standards, I'm afraid.
