I know! I was totally planning on this being our xmas card but didn't get it together in time. I think another super cheesy portrait is in order for next year. We should try to get together some time in '07. I'd love to come back to visit SF.

Hmmmm. . . if you drove from Dallas to Phoenix, you probably went through Ft. Worth/Abilene/Midland/Odessa/Monahans/Peyote/Pecos/Van Horn/El Paso/Las Cruces, NM and so on and so forth. I know the route well, due to Greyhound travels. It's unique, and -- between Midlands and El Paso -- uniquely depressing (but not in the usual way; in a way that's hard -- if not impossible -- to fully express.)

On a Greyhound, it takes forever to get across Texas...
