That was my understanding too - we were all descended from Cain. We're all capable of similarly bad things, such as capri pants for men and genocide.

Hey now, I don't know about you, but I certainly am NOT capable of capri pants..or fanboying the OC. ;p

It must have been my misunderstanding-I've always thought about it as the flood serving the purpose of removing the descendants of Cain, and all the badness thereof. Guess it was just most of em.

I want to go to LARP VTMers and claim a direct link to Cain. Oh how jealous they will be!

But that would make you second generation, more powerful than the antediluvians!

...unless, you mean a direct link like they all have being xth generation and all, 1st being Cain(e).

Well, TECHNICALLY I would only need to feed on the blood of an antediluvian to be more powerful than today's crop of vamps. Caine's ghouls would make werewolves look like werepuppies. ;p

Also, I refuse to admit i know enough WW to have said that.
