A Quiet Moment, 100, G.

He had always prided himself to lead a wild life; dragon taming and adventures, fire and leather, the scents he associated with freedom and happiness.

And yet.

He looks around him and see red and gold and family. Neville nestles against him warm and solid and comforting. And Charlie knows this is happiness. He smiles. This is home. This amazing, gentle, gorgeous man next to him is home.

"I love you," he whispers against Neville's ear. Neville looks up and he smiles. Charlie's heart swells and he's in love all over again.

He gave up nothing up, he gained everything.

Oh, this is so sweet. I really love it. It's so tender and Charlie so in love with Neville... gained everything. Amazing, really.
