PANIK CD aka the CD God hates me

Problem: I have $17.03 in credit on PayPal. I have NOTHING I really want to use the money so I went on Ebay. Haribo Goldbären are either in 100 pack bulk or have shipping more expensive than the actual gummy bears. There is the Panik CD for like seven bucks. The bid ends in six hours. I still don't own this CD. Now, here's the real issue:
