Down here, things are simple; you follow the rules set by your elders and most of all the ones set by your priest. The town is small, and daily services are the norm. However, on Sundays, sinners are dealt their cards and punished publicly.
It’s old school, backward thinking and harsh but in the bible belt inner counties, the pastor is king and what he says go.
Pastor Jared is well established in the congregation and is not thinking twice about setting wayward youths like this hoodlum of Jensen or Dean (as you prefer) on the straight and narrow path. If swift justice is done it’s going to be in front of the congregation (maybe filled of characters or actors we know and linked to SPN but doesn't have to be) and the rest is up to the author(s)…
If you have any question, just ask. To comply with the rules if you pick Dean he needs to be at least 16, if you select Jensen he must be at least 18. :)

Just a quick question: punishment can be anything from corporal punishment to sexual punishment? Or would you like just one? And I assume dub-con from Jensen/Dean's end is okay?

I was actually thinking corporal punishment but I like spanking so much it could also end up including sexual punishment (in particular if you find a reason linked to jensen/dean sexual promiscuity for it).
In any case both would rock my world so follow your muse...
And yes I'd enjoy dub-con or non-con (I don't feel like this scenario would work well if at then end the punished party is just extatic, at least for me it wouldn't make it real)

Jensen started shuffling as fast as his bonds would let him. He had to do three laps and he wanted them over as soon as possible. He heard Pastor Jared’s footsteps a few feet behind him and he braced himself for the first blow of the whip. When it came, it was nothing he imagined it would be. It was a hundred times worse. The whip cracked in the air half a second before it hit Jensen’s back and shoulders. When it made contact with his skin, a searing heat crackled through his body and screamed through his muscles until Jensen through he was going to pass out. He struggled to catch his breath and hold back the immediate tears, but he knew he had to keep going. He wasn’t told what would happen if he didn’t finish the punishment, but he imagined it would not be preferable over this

He kept repeating the same prayers for as long as it took him to get around the church square three times. Pastor Jared never let up with the whip, not when Jensen nearly fell to the floor, not when Jensen started crying and not when Jensen actually fell to his knees and threw up. He kept asking for more, ordering Jensen to keep going and pushing him beyond anything Jensen had ever been pushed. He broke Jensen down mentally and physically and Jensen had no idea if and how he would be able to put himself back together again.

He was mumbling by now, unable to form words or sentences with the all consuming pain roaring through his body. It felt like he was about to explode into a million little pieces and he thought he would actually welcome it right now. He was about to just scream and give up when Pastor Jared cracked the whip one last time and announced him done

Hahaha, that's kind of like a trademark thing of me, evil!endings :P I like to keep things open for readers to fill in the blanks themselves and sequels are rare, sorry :P I might though, once NaNo is over, this did strike a chord with me...

I'm really looking forward for more, until then best of luck on your NANO project, I've never been able to complete one.
