Cloth Diapers

If you could design your own cloth diaper, what would its features be?  I am wanting to sew cloth diapers for a new baby.  I can sew any style of diaper and I own  a snap press.  I'm  amazed by all the different styles and materials available, but what features do you you really like, what don't you like, what's very important . . .
