he was a deist, as were most of the Founding Fathers...he created his own Bible where he cut out all the miracles and anything that wasn't "logical" from the text...the finished product was 20 pages long lol

this changes nothing ive said. Christian or not, the founding fathers understood that the morals of Christianity, which are shared by many religions, are good guidelines to live by.
