I'm only a third of the way in (I just acquired it this evening) but thus far I'm quite charmed. Rowling has always had that effect, though; I'm willing to overlook the minor flaws in appreciation of the product as a whole, even if I'm tempted to feel like a faggot sellout for doing so.
