Well everyone, the process is finally to the point where it's on my skin (just the outline actually). I was in the studio for 8 hours and had about 5.5 hours of needle time.

Here is the unfinished painting my artist Erik created for the tattoo:

Are you going to, at some point, finish off the sleeve? Or leave it just at a half sleeve?

The plan for now is leave it a half sleeve, but it's open for bringing it down further if I want to go 3/4 or full sleeve :)

haa haa, probably just as painful as it looks, if not more so. Today it just feels like a painful sunburn, it's fine if I don't touch it but it's super sensitive to fabrics and pressure.

What a lovely design, very unique too.

I've always toyed with getting a tattoo, but like piercings or even dyeing my hair an odd color, I'm apparently too indecisive to do it. :P (Pain doesn't scare me, ironically, lol. Maybe it should!)
