First time poster! ^^; Just wanted to say hi! And that I hope my first drabble is...okay. It's not my best. But I needed to write about my favorite character first!

I like it. I'm on a ridiculously long Joe fangirl kick. XD

I like the second full paragraph, especially the phrasing of that first line. Friendship rusts, etc. Good imagery.

And the part about stuffing it in a box and chaining it for good measure--so very Joe. That made me smile. It's all very Joe. Honestly, the whole thing made me smile.

One minor nitpick, though: at the end, I think you mean 'yeah,' not 'yea.'
