Blargh. All-nighter. They suck.

I just wrote probably the worst, most repetitive essay I've ever composed. I take this time to apologize in advance to whoever has to proof it. We get to revise them, so that'll save my grade, but right now...ugh, I have good points in it, but it's-- well, to be a nerd, it's awkwardly constructed, filled with ( Read more... )

Ahhh I remember those days in college. D:

And yeah, totally hear you on wanting alone time and everything. Being an introvert, I know there were times when I just kinda wanted some time/space for myself when others just wanted to go out and stuff, heh.

It's not so bad. I still feel sort of like "can't wait for home" but it's not as bad. :)

Yeah, don't worry about it. You get your moments of homesickness and everything, even though you love it there. Worst part for me was freshman year winter break. I had to spend Thanksgiving with my New York relatives, so this was the first time I'd gotten the chance to be home. When it came time to leave, Sis broke down in tears, and I had a hard time keeping it together at that point because of it. As for isolation--sometimes you do need your "me time," and that's okay. At my school, this was very much understood particularly in senior year when we were all busy with everything under the sun.

Allnighters--never had one, to be honest. But that's because I'm an organization freak and I had to make sure I kept on top of everything.

Yeah, I talked with someone about it in one of my classes today -- guy I've never spoken to, actually -- and we've got the exact same thoughts. We just started going back and forth about needing space but loving college, and. It made me feel better.

Ahaha, you are lucky. I had a six hour nap, so I feel better. But I wish I had your skills.

That's good!

Six hour nap? Close enough to a full night's sleep. And yeah, my planner saved my life through college.
