I think I've eaten my weight in home-popped popcorn. I had a smoothie this morning and when I got back from the stables at two I made some popcorn with the popcorn maker and have been editing photos for the past three hours eating popcorn and icecubes. O.o ( Read more... )

Looks as though you had a very nice day even if the riding center was closed. Where is that stable? The horses and the area are beautiful.
I just finished my popcorn when I saw your post. Canola oil with a little hot chili oil to pop the corn and melted dark chocolate with a little cayenne pepper mixed in. Put the popcorn in the melted chocolate + a little salt. Fabulous.

It's at my school. Up the campus on the hill we have the stables. People dorm there horses there, plus there are a few of the school's older horses. Hehe.

dark chocolate on popcorn???? oooooooh! interesting!

Yes. try it and add the little bit of hot oil and/or cayenne pepper - not too much.
And, for me, must be dark chocolate. Let me know if you ever make it that way.

That's pretty much the best thing I have ever heard. -giggles- I've been dreaming of having this kind of interaction with horses with I was a little girl. You have no idea. :)

-giggles- And thank you! I need to get it layered with a trim actually. lol. I gotta make sure they understand to have LONG LAYERS. Took me quite some time to get it to that length! lol.
