I thought engagement cakes, like the first month ones, are supposed to be butter sponge cakes with pastel icing all over it!

PS. What culture is that sending cakes thing from? Is it Singaporean or Chinese? I've never heard of it.

banana and carrot is nice! it's like carrot cake with a banana kick. V good.

and i gave up smoking for lent! maybe that's why i'm always SO HUNGRY

aiyah. i think this cake trad it a cunning device invented by certain greedy mothers who love desserts
