Here's the deal: I ordered high-speed Internet on August 28, the people said they would process my order within two days. Four days passed so I emailed them to see what was going on. They told me to wait three days for a confirmation email, that was yesterday. Just now I got one from them, and I was like "yay!" Then I see the installation

They claimed their service could be activated/istalled overnight, but instead, they're going to make me wait two months when it's convenient for them. I failed to mention that they decided (with no input from me) they were only gonna come from 1-3PM, and no one will be here at that time.
