yeah, it got a lot closer when the bill jumpse from $170 to $600, they also not willing to let it go more than two weeks past due when it's that high. so it's pretty hectic, but at least I never had to pay more than a month's past due bill. Even if the one month was like 4 months worth of normal bill

wow, here they cut the water because my landlord paid in advance and there was a balance of 25 dollars, so instead of sending them a reminder they cut the water off. i am not sure what the big deal was but they got charged 75 dollars for that :(
anyways good luck with them from here on.
