I was originally thinking I'd say coffee for the alien drink question. However, I realized that most of the time, any tasty generic hot liquid will do; coffee, mocha, tea, wahtever. So I'll take a Really Good Beer so I can still unwind after a day of, well, being a slave to my new alien masters or whatever.

Yeah. It's a hard question. I really like beer, but the type of enjoyment I get out of a good cup of coffee is completely different and somehow more valuable if I had to pick one or the other.

That is true. My initial answer was going to be "find out which they have a closer substitute for, and pick the other," but I thought that was lame hedging of bets.
