there's almost always a bunch of hard-core drunks in the e.d. - late 40s early 50s, mostly women, always with a BAC of over 0.3.. they're probably brought in because they hurt themselves or were publicly intoxicated or something.. i don't really know what this particular drunk guy's deal was, i only saw the notation in passing. yikes!
