Wow that is crazy. I hope it gets solved. That guy was really rude to you, and in front of allot of people. He treated you like you were doing something wrong. I can't see any manager saying. " So what made ou think you would get free tickets?!" If we hadn't drove 45 minutes to get out there I would of said we should leave.
