Okay, so, roughly the scenes of the football players are inter-cut with some guys from a casting show (don't ask me, I've never seen them) who are uttering their typical casting show phrases ("I expect everyone to show all they can, they need to be able to put immediately into practice what they're being told" etc). So, it's like a casting show for football players. Give me some minutes, and I'll translate it! (Oh, the things we do to distract ourselves from university)

Who is going to play against Austria? - A difficult decision, but luckily the national team manager doesn't have to make it himself.
Random casting show guy: "I expect highest focus, that they immediately put everything into action, they'll have to. But they also need to be able to participate in a team."
Training is tough, but everyone gives their best. They fight for their big dream, the dream of the starting team. The first one to face the jury is the only thirty-eight year old goalie, Jens Lehmann.
Casting show guy: "Thank you for being here. It's so amazing that you came here, that you came to show Germany, that there are people like you out there. You're sensational!"
Nobody would've expected this. The old man really gets a second chance
