The seahorse, Olympic bear and turtles are not my own invention, I had a crafty book at the time which inspired me a lot. But the snail and frog and fish were my own ideas after looking at the shape of the stone.
That caterpillar was supposed to be a snake ;) I just wanted to see whether I can glue stones together. Again these are half peas on top. I have no idea why I was doodling then what I did. It's been a long time ago ;)
I'm not really sure what kind of fish it is supposed to be, it was freestyle ;) If you look closely, there is even a slight bent in the stone, where I put the floss. I love it when things speak to me like that!
If you'd like to make such a turtle, it really should not be too difficult. Just one big stone and several small ones. Four for the feet, one for the head and one for the tail.
What a lovely set! I love the snake-like creature with what looks like multiple eyes on its body, a bit spooky but colourful and happy. And the imagination you need to see a frog in a stone, and turn it to one! I'm utterly impressed.
I seriously have no idea what I was thinking there with the eyes ;) These apparently also are half-pease glued to the stones. And then I was just doodling around and this happened.
And the imagination you need to see a frog in a stone, and turn it to one! I'm utterly impressed.
Aw, thank you! I guess sometimes it just hits you, without even thinking.
