Last time I told you there wasn’t an introduction to “Don’t Rain on my Parade” - turned out, there was. In fact, there were some nice stories which I don’t want to keep from you.

FINALLY had the time to sit down and read both parts of the report. You know I can barely remember anything so I love you for doing this, really helps me to re-live the concert once more.

I'm so looking forward to reading the next part <3

It is me that has to thank YOU for providing me with all those wonderful videos, I wouldn't have been able to remember so many details without seeing it again. One time is just not enough ;)

I'm counting the days till the DVD arrives. Next part will be up next Friday, to give everyone time for reading and watching.

I am happy to make you happy! And yes, thanks to all the people who have filmed - I know, ususally I don't like it when people do that, but it is a great reminder, and we all will by the DVD anyway, so nobody is hurt!

Hach man, alles nochmal so schön in Einzelheiten *freu*. Diese Skiing story ist einfach zum todlachen. John erzählt das ja auch immer so, als ob er das zum ersten Mal erzählt und lacht sich selbst schlapp dabei. Das finde ich so genial an ihm

Ich bin normalerweise auch jemand, der sich vorher mit allen Einzelheiten zuschüttet, aber hier hab ich nicht mal Fotos angeschaut. Die Überraschung mit den Jungs in rosa Kleidchen ist voll gelungen. Keine Ahnung, ob John bei Euch auch so lachen musste, aber in dem Cardiff Video sieht man es ganz deutlich

Cool, dass ihr Eve beobachten konntet. Kann mir so richtig vorstellen, wie sie mitgegangen ist. :-)

Ich finde ja auch die Tänzer klasse, besondern den blonden! Der ist mir schon letztes Jahr aufgefallen. Ich freue mich schon auf die DVD. Dauert zum Glück nicht mehr lange.

Also am Anfang des Konzertes waren meine Augen total auf John fixiert, ich sah nicht links und nicht rechts und wollte nichts verpassen, und wer will schon Tänzer sehen? ;)
Aber sie haben mich dann schnell total gekriegt, und John hat es ja auch oft so eingerichtet, dass er ein Stück zur Seite gegangen ist und ihnen Raum gab, oder mitgemacht hat, was ich ja immer am allerbesten finde.

Ich konnte mich lange nicht entscheiden, aber ich glaube, ich finde den dunklen doch noch einen Tick besser - da brauchen wir uns wenigstens nicht zu streiten ;)

Und die DVD hat den Vorteil, dass man sie mehrmals gucken kann - einmal mit Fokus auf John und einmal mit Fokus auf den Rest. Im Konzert muss man seine Aufmerksamkeit leider teilen. Ich zähl auch schon die Tage bis zur Veröffentlichung.

Mein Bruder hat komischerweise mehr die Mädels bewundert, wie das wohl kommt? ;) (und die Bassistin, von der schwärmt er immer noch)

This is really wonderful! I love that you saw Gwen! Er--I mean Eve. ;) And his parents are absolutely adorable.

Apparently one year David Tennant also was in the audience, when he still worked in Cardiff! There is a video on youtube.
And yay for the parents! Did you watch all the videos, did you see them dancing? Such a cute pair, and John had tears in his eyes.

But you must! Only seeing him singing and dancing, and hearing all those funny stories first hand will give you the full experience. That's why I post before the weekend, so people have time to sit down and have a little concert at home ;)
