I'm back from a nice weekend. Yesterday I was at my first Torchwood convention. Only about 50 fans and one actor. But a very cute one - Kai Owen, who plays Rhys, the husband of Gwen. He beat Gareth David-Lloyd in being the first TW star who has come to Germany (Gareth will be at the Fedcon at the end of April

I didn't take many pictures since I was a few rows back but I can and will point you to some links of others. Still collecting, though. I also don't have my picture with him yet, where I cuddled him. I hope it is a nice one!
PS: You might want to read it again, as today I added a lot more details and quotes and corrected a few misspellings. It already was late yesterday ;)

Agree with him on "Over the rainbow". It's still fun, but it would have been sooo much better with John.
(and the Welsh name for Cardiff is Caerdydd, müsste gesprochen in etwa wie 'Cardied' klingen ;)
edit: und omg! I've done it again. Ein Denglischer Satz, auweia. Seems it was too early in the day, um mich für eine Sprache zu entscheiden ;D

I think you're right about him making a great dad! The way he talked with the girl (she was the only one her age) was amazing and cute.
I don't think I will watch the rainbow show, I still have so much to catch up with shows John's actually in ;) But could you really see him flying over here every weekend? I think even John has his limits, and it might have affected his work on DH, which would be a pity as we want him on his best. And didn't somebody also say that the judges also should be there during the week, as mentors?
Thanks for the Caerdydd, not sure whether I'll change it yet. And no worries; I do Denglish all the time ;)
You might want to read the report again, I corrected some spelling errors today (area instead of era? LOL) and also added a lot more details and quotes.

Yes, I was lucky enough to meet him at Collectormania - he was ever so lovely [the report and photo's are over here if you fancy a look: http://pirate-moose.livejournal.com/5807.html and http://pirate-moose.livejournal.com/5901.html ] *grin*
Thanks again for your report - I look forward to seeing some pictures ;)

Have you seen the post I made after this one, with my picture with Kai and links to some pictures of others? You did not reply so I thought I asked. I still have not uploaded my own, but they are few and probably crap anyway. The pictures I linked to are from the official photographer, so you can't get anything better than that! You can find it here:

I hope he enjoyed the evening. I hope he did not find it too hard to entertain us, as sometimes we were a bit reserved. I hope he comes back and tells the others they also shall come to Germany!

LOL

Das ist eigentlich ne gute Frage *hihi*.
